Meet Kimberly

Kimberly D. Overman is a 34 year resident and long time female entrepreneur in the Tampa Bay Area. She is the owner The Financial Well, Inc.; a fee-only registered investment advisory firm and The Heights Exchange LLC.; a co-working space for small business owners in Seminole Heights.

Ms. Overman is the President of the Heights Urban Core Chamber that supports and advocates for small businesses in the urban core of Tampa. A long-time advocate of smart urban planning and economic growth, strong families and sustainable communities, and the importance of education, Kimberly Overman has a long history of volunteerism and community involvement. Her professional work experience teaching cash management, saving and investing skills, planning for estate, elder care, and for special needs families, as well as for retirement for individuals and military personnel has helped Overman recognized the opportunities and challenges families and business owners face on a daily basis.
